L' Anima di Vergani
For as long as we can remember, wine and everything related to it has dominated our lives. We grew up striving to always find something special and exclusive. Together with our long-standing producers, we as a family are realizing the idea of "L'ANIMA DI VERGANI".
These are wines and grappas that are selected locally according to our quality and taste expectations and whose development is personally monitored by us until perfection. We guarantee that you can only purchase these wines and grappas in first-class restaurants, designated specialist shops and, of course, in our Enoteca Storica and the wine shop on Löwenplatz.
Prosecco Anima Rosé Brut
A sparkling Prosecco that impresses with its fruity aromas of wild strawberries, apples and white peaches. It is lively and fresh in taste and offers a beautiful pearly pink in the glass.
Prosecco Anima Extra Dry
A drinkable Prosecco. It impresses with its freshness and fine perlage and is ideal as an aperitif or accompaniment to light dishes.
Anima Amarone
The beginning of a success story. A powerful red wine from the Valpolicella region. It is characterized by its deep, intense aromas of ripe fruit, chocolate and spices and is perfect for special occasions or with hearty dishes.
Anima Toscana igt
An elegant red wine from Tuscany, with fruity notes and appealing roasted aromas. It goes perfectly with pasta, meat dishes or simply to enjoy.
Anima Fiano Toscana igt
Our white wine from Tuscany impresses with its fresh, floral and fruity aromas. Its appearance is complemented by strong roasted aromas. It is ideal as an accompaniment to fish, seafood or light starters.
Anima Amarone Vigna Jago
This Amarone is only produced in excellent vintages and offers powerful aromas of ripe dark fruits, chocolate and spices. It is an excellent accompaniment to opulent meat dishes, mature cheese or simply on its own for special moments of enjoyment.
Grappa
The grappas of L'Anima di Vergani are fine distillates made from carefully selected pomace.
