Sabrina learned her cooking skills at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Paris and perfected her skills in fine dining gastronomy under two-Michelin-star chef Heiko Nieder at The Restaurant. With surprising flavor combinations and precision, Sabrina Cipolla creates unique works of art on her favorite canvas - the plate. She gets inspiration for her menus from everyday life. Be it from nature, architecture or her surroundings.
