Mauro, Loris' brother and wine connoisseur at Vergani, rounds off the experience by presenting the perfectly matched wines that perfectly complement each creation on the plate.

About Ivan Capo
Since September 2023, the young and talented chef Ivan Capo has been at the helm of the kitchen at the Weisses Rössli. Despite his young age of 28, he already has an impressive career. He worked alongside Heiko Nieder at the Grand Hotel Dolder for two years and celebrated success with him in international cooking competitions. In 2024, Ivan Capo was a member of the Swiss national cooking team and took part in the Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart.

About the Weisses Rössli
The Weisses Rössli is a restaurant in Zurich's Enge district known for its authentic and seasonal cuisine. Awarded 15 GaultMillau points, it offers a relaxed atmosphere where a dedicated team looks after guests' well-being. In the evening, guests can choose between 2 to 5 courses and put together their menu from a selection of seasonal dishes, with vegetarian and vegan options also available. A fine selection of wines from Switzerland, Italy and Spain completes the culinary experience.
