Der Piero, eine Hommage an Pierluigi Talenti, stammt aus einem 1,95 ha grossem Weinberg, unweit des Zentrums des Gutes. Er hebt sich durch sein einzigartiges Mikroklima von allen anderen Weinbergen ab. Das leicht abfallende, von Wäldern umgebene Gelände, ist reich an Galestro, nach Südosten ausgerichtet und liegt auf einer Höhe von 410 M.ü.M. Komplexer, frischer Duft, reich an Noten von reifen roten Früchten wie Pflaume, Schwarzkirsche und Himbeere, die sich mit reifenden Gewürzen wie, Tabak und Lakritze verbinden. Am Gaumen kräftig, mit guter Ausgewogenheit und Weichheit. Süsslich, elegantes Tannin.
