This oil is a first-class organic virgin olive oil from Apulia. The Coratina olives are characterized by a very high antioxidant content and are harvested by hand. The oil is obtained directly from olives using only mechanical methods and is cold extracted.

Seit mehr als 80 Jahren produziert das Familienunternehmen Frantoio Muraglia bestes Olivenöl in Apulien. Alles begann mit einem Olivenbaum der Sorte Coratina, auf welche Muraglia noch heute setzt. Die Oliven werden von Hand geerntet, traditionell zwischen Granitsteinen vermahlen und im geschlossenen Extraktionsverfahren in der eigenen Olivenpresse gepresst, wodurch die schnelle Verarbeitung, ab Ernte zur Presse vergehen maximal 2 Stunden, garantiert ist. Die Tonflaschen "Punto" und "Arcobaleo" werden ebenfalls in Apulien von Hand gefertigt und machen jede einzelne Flasche zu einem Unikat. Neben der Intenso Fruttato Linie führen wir ebenfalls das Fumo Öl in unserem Sortiment, welches durch seinen rauchigen Abgang eine geschmackliche Bereicherung für viele Speisen ist.
