Zarte und lebendige Aromen von Waldbeeren und Cassis steigen langsam aus dem Glas auf. Es zeigen sich subtile Hefearomen von gebackenem Brot und Croissant. Dahinter Aromen von Bergamotte, Ingwer und süssen Gewürzen. Der Abgang ist saftig, lebhaft, reichhaltig und dicht. Ein Ausnahme-Rosé Franciacorta, äusserst limitiert.

vinification

The base wines come from 15 different vineyards. The 43rd bottling contains the Chardonnay share: 15% reserve wine from 2017 and 7% from the 2018 harvest. Pinot Noir: exclusively from the 2018 harvest. After the base wines have matured for seven months, they are bottled and undergo a second fermentation for 30 months.

Ca' del Bosco

1965 übersiedelte Annamaria Clementi Zanella mit ihrem Sohn Maurizio in die eindrucksvolle Hügellandschaft der Franciacorta. Nach dem Abitur vertiefte der junge Maurizio sein önologisches Wissen an den Universitäten von Beaune und Bordeaux. Nach seiner Rückkehr hat er das Familiengut modernisiert und ausgebaut und produzierte von nun an Weine und Schaumweine von Weltklasse und Prestige. Gambero Rosso, die führende italienische Weinpublikation, hat Cà del Bosco mit dem Titel 'Winery of the Year 2003' ausgezeichnet. Des Weiteren ist es Maurizio Zanella gelungen, bereits unzählige Male ihre Auszeichnung 'tre bicchieri' sowohl für seine Schaum- und Stillweine zu erhalten.
