Die Distilleria Berta liegt im Monferrato, einer malerischen, hügeligen Landschaft im nördlichen Piemont. Die Brennerei wurde 1947 von Paolo Berta gegründet. Die Familie Berta wirkte hier schon länger als Weinbauern. 2002 wurde die Brennerei weitgehend renoviert, modernisiert und mit einem grosszügigen Anbau für den Fasskeller und Stahltanks erweitert. Heute gehört Berta zu den führenden Grappa Hersteller Italiens, welcher von Paolos Sohn Enrico geführt wird. Pro Jahr werden ca. 400'000 Flaschen Grappa auf höchstem Qualitätsniveau produziert. Wir können auf eine wunderbare, langjährige und freundschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Berta zurückblicken. Als grössten Vertrauensbeweis schenkten sie uns das Recht, als Generalimporteur ihre Grappe in der Schweiz zu repräsentieren.
